A Formal Plated Dinner with Entree tray passed hors d’oeuvres phyllo triangles filled with spinach & feta cheese quesadillas filled with smoked gousa caramelized onions charcoal roasted beets & red sweet onion tarts mango & prasciutto itialian crastini with roma tamatoes & basil.
Each table will receive a basket & homemade breads, cottage dill and rosemary rolls, and focaccia with whipped butter.

First Course

Beautiful assorted baby lettuce salad with arugula, radicchio yellow tear drop tomatoes, hearts of palm julienne carrots, and caramelized walnuts with balsamic allegretto

Second Course

Roasted chicken breast with artichoke & mushrooms in a white wine sauce served with roasted potatoes and fresh asparagus & baby green tap carrots

After Dinner Sweets

Our uniformed chef will cook-to-order penny pasta and spinach tortellini with your choice of marinara pesto cream or Alfredo sauce served with bay shrimp, chopped tomatoes, black olives, crushed red peppers, fresh basil, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, diced chicken and Parmesan cheese
