Hand cut Kennebec potatoes, blanched then fried to crispy and tossed in garlic and grated

Hand cut sweet potatoes boiled until tender, left to cool, dredged in seasoned flour and
fried until dark gold and crispy

Onion rings w / beer batter

Sliced white onion dredged in seasoned flour, dipped in beer batter and fried until golden
and crispy served with ranch or blue cheese dressing

Grilled Corn w /lime, chili and cotija cheese

Grilled in the husk, lightly coated with spicy garlic butter, sprinkled with lime juice and
chili powder.

Jalapeno Mac & Cheese

Fusili pasta with, gruyere, cheddar, blue and parmesan cheeses and fresh, minced
Jalapeno

Grilled vegetables

Sliced and marinated seasonal vegetables grilled until tender and served with red pepper
chili aioli.

Crab cakes

Lump crabmeat lightly shredded and mixed with brioche crumb and seared. Served with
red pepper aioli and tartar sauce.

Calamari

Fresh calamari, sliced and dredged with seasoned flour and fried until golden. Served
with a spicy marinara and lemon

Fish & Chips

Lightly breaded Cod fried, served with Hudson fries lemon and malt vinegar

Sandwiches all served with choice of fries or salad Burgers available in beef or turkey

Hudson burger w / caramelized onions/blue cheese/greens

1/2 pound of lightly seasoned freshly ground Harris ranch sirloin grilled and served with
caramelized white onion and melted blue cheese on a toasted Dutch bun and baby greens
tossed in champagne vinaigrette.

Crescent burger w / bacon/avocado/Jack cheese/greens

1/2 pound of lightly seasoned freshly ground Harris ranch sirloin grilled and served with
smoked bacon, fresh avocado, melted jack cheese and greens

Mushroom burger w / grilled mushroom/gruyere/roasted garlic aioli

1/2 pound of lightly seasoned freshly ground Harris ranch sirloin grilled and served with
wild mushrooms, marsala and herb reduction, gruyere cheese, roasted garlic and greens

Cuban Pork w/ham, swiss cheese, dill pickle

Slow roasted pork in a Cuban “mojo” marinade with thin sliced ham, swiss cheese and dill
pickle chips on Cuban bread.

Philly Cheesesteak w / frizzled steak, grilled onion and Provolone cheese

Steak grilled rare and sliced thin then seared on the griddle with thin sliced onion, placed
on a hoagie roll and broiled with provolone cheese on top

Pulled pork w / east-west BBQ sauce and Cajun coleslaw

Pork shoulder brined for 1 day, dry rubbed with our secret season mix then slow smoked
over red oak for 5 hours, pulled apart and wetted with our special BBQ sauce. Served on a
hoagie roll with our homemade coleslaw.

Chicago Dog w / mustard, relish, onion, tomato, pickle

All beef kosher 1/4 pound hot dog split grilled, seasoned with celery salt and served on a
toasted French roll with yellow mustard, sweet relish, thin sliced onion, thin sliced roma
tomato and dill pickle chips until overflowing

Hudson Dog w / caramelized onions/blue cheese/greens

All beef kosher 1/4 pound hot dog split grilled and served on a toasted French roll with
melted blue cheese, caramelized onion, red bell pepper aioli, and tangy citrus mayonnaise
with fresh baby greens tossed in champagne vinaigrette.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich w / ham and Gruyere

Chicken breast, marinated in garlic, citrus and herb dressing then grilled and served with
thin sliced prosciutto, gruyere cheese, black olive tapenade and aioli on a toasted ciabatta
roll.

Grilled cheese w/Roma tomato soup

Jack, Cheddar & Gruyere cheese melted on toast and served with our Tuscan tomato soup

Homemade apple pie

Granny smith apples seasoned with cinnamon, clove, brown sugar and nutmeg in a fresh
pastry crust served on a sizzling hot plate with French vanilla bean ice cream.

Stuffed berry crepe

Thin crepes rolled around fresh seasonal sauteed berries with a dollop of fresh
Madagascar vanilla bean chantilly (whipped cream)
